Hi BarBackers! Here's another Original Recipe we would like to share: The Original "WHISKEY-PEACH-COLLINS"

This recipe is built, and served in a chilled goblet glass or snifter, and stirred gingerly to complete. This is the latest addition to our delicious and refreshing summer cocktail list to make at home or for the poolside in a plastic Solo cup.

(These are the portions required for one drink. Simply multiply for extra servings. Have Fun!

THE ORIGINAL "WHISKEY-PEACH-COLLINS"

  1. YOU WILL NEED: A *BARBACK TOOL, ONE BAR-SPOON, ONE LARGE GOBLET GLASS, BIRD DOG PEACH WHISKEY, SARATOGA SPARKLING WATER, FRESH O.J., ONE FRESH LEMON, ONE FRESH PEACH, MINT SPRIG, GOYA PEACH PUREE, AND HONEY.
  2. *USE YOUR BARBACK PEELER TO PEEL A LEMON TWIST, AND USE THE GARNISH KNIFE TO CUT A PEACH SLICE. PUT GARNISHES ASIDE FOR NOW.
  3. IN YOUR GLASS, ADD A DASH OF PEACH PUREE, A SQUEEZE OF HALF OF LEMON, AND A TEASPOON OF HONEY. SWIRL THESE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WITH A SPOON FOR AT LEAST ONE MINUTE OR UNTIL THEY BLEND INTO AN EVEN MIXTURE.
  4. POUR 2 OUNCES OF BIRD DOG PEACH WHISKEY INTO THE GLASS AND WITH SPOON, STIR WITH THE PEACH, LEMON, AND HONEY MIXTURE. ADD ABOUT 5 ICE-CUBES AND STIR AGAIN.
  5. POUR ABOUT ONE OUNCE OF O.J. INTO GLASS STIR AGAIN WITH SPOON. FILL GLASS WITH ICE.
  6. TOP WITH SPARKLING WATER TO DILUTE THE ACIDITY, AND GINGERLY SWIRL THE ENTIRE DRINK WITH ONE STROKE OF THE SPOON.
  7. ROLL THE LEMON TWIST INTO A ROSETTE/ ROSE GARNISH AND PLACE A MINT SPRIG IN THE CENTER OF THE ROSE. THEN FLOAT THIS ON THE TOP OF THE DRINK FOR AN AMAZING GARNISH, AND ITS READY TO SERVE.
  8. SIP AND ENJOY YOUR FRESH COCKTAIL!
