BERRY-MANGO-MINT COCKTAIL

  1. YOU WILL NEED: A *BARBACK TOOL, ONE PINT MIXING GLASS, ONE LARGE SHAKER TIN, A HAWTHORNE STRAINER, A SCREENED STRAINER, ONE LEMON, ONE MANGO, ONE BLACKBERRY, 2 SPRINGS OF MINT, GOYA MANGO PUREE', BACARDI DRAGONBERRY RUM, SPARKLING WATER AND A CHILLED GLASS TO SERVE THE DRINK IN.
  2. *USE YOUR BARBACK PEELER TO PEEL A NICE LONG MANGO-SKIN-TWIST.
ROLL THE MANGO TWIST INTO A "ROSE SHAPED" GARNISH AND SPEAR IT TOGETHER WITH A FRESH BLACKBERRY AND A FEW MINT LEAVES ON THE STEM.
THIS WILL BE YOUR BEAUTIFUL GARNISH, PUT IT ASIDE UNTIL LATER.
  3. IN YOUR PINT MIXING GLASS, ADD A TEASPOONFUL OF FINELY CHOPPED FRESH MANGO, ONE HALF OF A FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON, ABOUT 10 MINT LEAVES AND ONE OUNCE OF MANGO PUREE'. GENTLY PRESS AND MUDDLE THESE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER UNTIL IT IS A WATERY, CHUNKY CONSISTENCY.
  4. POUR 1.5 OUNCES OF BACARDI DRAGONFRUIT RUM INTO THE MIXING GLASS, FILL WITH ICE, CAP WITH A SHAKER TIN AND SHAKE VIGOROUSLY FOR AT LEAST 45 SECONDS.
  5. USE YOUR HAWTHORNE STRAINER TO POUR MIXTURE FROM THE TIN AND INTO A CHILLED ROCKS GLASS, FILLED WITH FRESH ICE. SIMULTANEOUSLY, WITH YOUR OTHER HAND, YOU WILL WANT TO USE THE SCREENED STRAINER TO POUR THROUGH. THIS WILL FILTER OUT THE LARGE PIECES OF FRUIT PULP AND MINT.
  6. TOP WITH A SPLASH OF SPARKLING WATER TO DILUTE THE ACIDITY.
  7. PLACE YOUR SPEARED GARNISH ON THE TOP OF THE COCKTAIL AND SERVE.
  8. SIP AND ENJOY YOUR FRESH COCKTAIL!
